The system composes mainly three parts, i.e., Edge Beam (bearing stone) as bridge approach, External Plate over outside track, and Internal Plate over inside track, which are made of polymer concrete. Rubber wedges are used at each point of contact to absorb shock; especially, rubber profile between rail and panels provides elasticity to track structure at level crossing.
