In October 2010, Kazuo Hosokawa retired from the position of Representative Director and took up the position of Chairman of the Board. Zenzo Hosokawa was appointed to the position of Representative Director.

Mass-Trans Innovation Japan 2010 was held at Makuhari Messe on 10 -12 November 2010. More than 200 organizations exhibited and more than 15,000 persons visited. Itake exhibited together with other four companies and displayed Ladder Track System & RAWIE Friction Element Buffer Stop at its booth.
